Other interior features will include 9' high ceilings on the first floor, luxury vinyl plank on the main level rooms, carpet in upstairs bedrooms and stairs and tile in the bathrooms. Kitchens will be maple in a variety of finishes with the option to upgrade to white paint or cherry wood. Interior trim will include wood paneled doors, and the sliding doors out to the patio will feature transoms above, as in other quality built Red Bud homes. We have created six interior design schemes to choose from. The homes will be offered in two different roof styles each (a gable and a hipped roof version for both ranch, two story, as well as one and two car garage versions), to create variety along the street. Clients who desire a larger yard can opt for one of the deeper lots along Red Bud Trail, those who would prefer less yard to maintain can opt for one of the smaller interior lots. Each home will have a full basement that can be finished for an additional cost. Space and hookups for either a side by side or stacked washer and dryer are on the main level of each home, or these can be located in the basement as well.
